Main rules and rent clauses of: Car rent without driver.
D r a w I n g u p p r o c e d u r e:
- Choose car and reserve it by the phone +38 (044) 331-32-10; +38 (066) 573-87-94; +38 (050) 351-77-96 or by e-mail: office@autorent.com.ua;
- Grand copies of passport and driving license by fax +38 (044) 255-25-11 or by e-mail: office@autorent.com.ua;
- Pay rent and security and sign car rent contract (in our office or in time you'll get the car).
A d d i t i o n a l d e m a n d s:
- Three years driving active service;
- Passport and driving license (which is valid on Ukrainian territory).
- In case of non-fulfillment (breaking) of above - mentioned conditions Autorent UA Company has to refuse in service.
R a t e s (c o n t a i n f r o m):
- Cost of rent;
- Car technical operation;
- Insurance;
- Supply with another car (in case of inadvertent technical damage and for the car technical operation term).
N o t i n c l u d e d i n r a t e s:
- Fuel cost;
- Parking cost;
- Fines (penalties).
R e n t t e r m:
- 24 hours minimum rent period starts;
- From the time of signing Act rent period starts;
- It late car back occurred for three or more hours it paid as next 24 hours of rent.
S e c u r i t y:
- Security is obligatory and depends on car model and class;
- Security should be paid by lease holder in the time of signing rent contract and Act;
- Security repays to lease holder if all conditions of contract are made in time when Autorent UA Company representative draws up the Act;
- Security blocks on the leaseholder account if payment was made by credit card.
I n s u r a n c e:
- All cars are insured on the full CASCO (motor, damage, accidental death or bodily inquiry insurance and motor liability insurance) terms and civil responsibility;
- Lease holders responsibility in cases of damage or high-jacking of rented car is limited by deductible painted in contract;
- In case of infringement of insurance conditions painted in contract lease holder takes total financial and material responsibility for damage;
- Detail information as for insurance conditions you can find in contract.
T e r r i t o r y l i m i t s:
- Rented car should be used on Ukrainian territory only without breaking it's borders.
R e s p o n s i b i l i t y:
- Lease holder takes responsibility according contract;
- Lease holder is responsibility for technical and exploitation state of the car for rented period.
F u e l:
- All cars are provided will full tank of fuel;
- When returning the car with missed fuel in tank you should pay for it;
- Lease holder is obliged to keep strictly fuel type pointed in contract.
C a r d e l i v e r y a n d a s s u m i n g:
- Clear cars are assumed only;
- Car delivery and assuming is made in Kiev city in working time from Monday till Friday free of charge ;
- In other cases car delivery and assuming in Kiev, Ukraine, airports, railway stations, auto terminals can be done according the casts in point "additional services" of the contract;
- When the rent is more than 7 days the pay for delivery and assuming doesn't impose.
F i n e s a n c t i o n s:
- When there is loss, theft or damage of state number-plates, car documents, set of keys on which insurance conditions are not applied, lease holder pays the cost of it according the Act of delivery and assuming of our according NBU rates of exchange for the payday;
- Lease holder defrays all administrative expenses.
ATTENTION!!! In case when transportation damage occurs, car theft or it's parts and other incidents, lease holder should repost police and Autorent UA Company. In other case lease holder takes all material responsibility for safety and technical state of rental car.
